Scope
This policy explains the website services and the information used when you browse Bead Bliss or contact us. Our shop serves customers in Pakistan.
Website hosting and technical information
The website is hosted by Netlify and uses Cloudflare for security and performance. Delivering pages and protecting the site can involve processing your IP address, requested URLs, request times, browser and device information, and technical or security events. These providers may process information outside Pakistan using their international infrastructure. Cloudflare Analytics
We use Cloudflare Analytics to understand website traffic and performance. The data collected depends on the Cloudflare analytics features enabled, and can include page requests, referrers, browser/device information, approximate country and performance measurements. Cloudflare Web Analytics is described by Cloudflare as not using cookies or local storage for analytics and not fingerprinting individuals. Other Cloudflare traffic and security analytics can use request data, including IP addresses. See Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and its privacy policy for details.
Cookies and browser storage
Cloudflare may use security cookies when the relevant protection or challenge features are active. These are separate from Web Analytics. The cookies present depend on the configuration and your interaction with security checks. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking security cookies may interfere with access to the website.
Google Fonts
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives technical request information, including your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy information and Google Privacy Policy.
WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and email
Social buttons are links, rather than embedded social feeds. Clicking a link takes you to that provider. If you contact us, we receive the information you send, such as your name, phone number or email address, message content, selected products and any photographs or order details you share. We use it to respond and arrange your order. Email is handled through our Gmail address. These providers also process information under their own policies: WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google/Gmail.
Order information
If you place an order, we may need your name, contact details, delivery address and the information necessary to arrange payment and delivery. The website itself has no checkout or payment form. Please do not send card passwords, PINs or unnecessary identity documents through messages.
Sharing information
Order details may need to be shared with the delivery or payment provider used for your order. Ask us which provider will be used before ordering. Website and communication providers process information as described above.
Retention and privacy requests
Contact us to ask what customer information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be kept to complete an order, resolve a dispute or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider-controlled logs and account data follow each provider’s policies. We do not specify a fixed retention period here because it depends on the record and the relevant purpose.
AI-edited photographs
Product photographs were taken by Bead Bliss and later edited using AI. AI editing may change the appearance of colours, textures, lighting and backgrounds. The physical item may look different from the edited photograph. Please request an unedited product photo and confirm product details before ordering.
